Extrude three more times and move the vertices to obtain the correct shape of the eyelid.
Extrude, separate and move down the two frontal vertices for the mouth. With the knife tool (K > Knife (Exact) or (Midpoint)), add one vertical row of vertices just before the eye and one other on the snout. Select the face behind the eye and extrude and scale it a bit. Extrude it again to have an edge. |

Start to select the outer vertices of head and body and move them to have a less regular, squared shape.

Select a face on the lower-front part of the body and extrude it several times to
model the fin.
Usual process: scale and move the vertices to have the correct shape. Extrude inside and a little out towards the side the two faces over the fin to "fake" the shoulder. |

Bongo begin to have a bongoid character, isn't it?...
Extrude-scale inside a face in the top-middle of the back of Bongo. Then, extrude again to make the dorsal fin... |
